This time we will have our company meeting on September 26, 2025, in Dusseldorf. In order to inform you about the exact course of the trip and important organizational points, we have set up this landing page. You can access it conveniently at any time and it’s always up to date.

Your Orga-Team

Please choose your required transportation to Dusseldorf. The reimbursement policies for the different locations are listed below:

DEDG & CHIA: All employees of the German and Swiss company, please book your train ticket yourself and settle this using a travel expense report (without daily flat rates, own cost center).

GRMI: All employees of the Greek company, please book your flight ticket and train tickets yourself on TravelPerk. If you have any questions, please contact moc.tulosnoc@uodimonokio.aniretak.

USIL: All employees living in the USA please take care of the flight bookings yourself and of the train tickets, too.

If you need a visa to enter Germany, it is important that you take care of it yourself well in advance.

All employees have the option of staying overnight in a hotel in Dusseldorf. If you live near Dusseldorf, you can stay overnight in a hotel or you are welcome to take a cab home at night and have the costs reimbursed. Cab sharing with colleagues who live close to each other is welcome.

You have the option of staying one or two nights and arriving on

• Thursday, September 25th or on
• Friday, September 26th

Our event is starting at 10 am. If you come directly to the venue on the day of the event in the morning, you can store your luggage there.

Additional nights for a private stay must be booked by yourself and at your own expense.

We have already reserved rooms in several hotels in Dusseldorf. The distribution of the participants to the hotels is carried out centrally. You will be informed in good time before the event in which hotel you will be staying. You can see the information about the hotels here.
