printer messages from O/S 400

I can think of two possible choices for printer messages. The first
is similar to the other suggested options, but involves using Client
Express, which is the 5250 emulation that comes free with OS/400.
At least you do not have to worry about key mappings so much.

You can also see printer messages (and respond to them) using
Operations Navigator, which I think would be the best approach. As
we move to a Java based Operations Navigator, we will not have to
install anything on user PCs to use this tool, and the format and
approach would be familiar to people used to Explorer or a browser.

Comments from others using this approach (there must be at least one)
would be interesting.
