| Specifies the value of the load counter for all |
| completely/generically buffered tables after $SYNC/$TAB. |
| This load counter is carried in the buffer for every table. |
| The difference between zcsa/inval_reload_c and the |
| corresponding table load counter in the buffer indicates the |
| number of accesses necessary for storing the table. |
