EBIA0008 - IS-U: customer-defined activities in billing reversal update

Enhancement

This user exit is for executing customer-defined activities in the billing reversal update.

It complements the EBIA0011 enhancement in billing (user exit for billing update). Customer fields filled there (in the billing update user exit) can be reset in this user exit (billing reversal update) in the case of a billing reversal.
