This user exit is active in the function 'Generate deliveries for ad insert distribution'.

You can modify deliveries for ad insert distribution according to your own requirements.

Please note: Data transfer does not take place in database structures but in work structures for the above function.

Input: Table containing assignment of AI order to delivery.
(This table is transferred in a work structure. In addition to the database fields in structure JVTSIBLZUO, the work structure also contains the following field:
INTLFNGNR (Internal delivery number)
Field INTLFNGNR must be used for the assignment of an AI order to a delivery. (Field LFNGNR does not contain an entry in the test run.)

Changing: Table with deliveries for AI distribution
(This table is also transferred in a work structure. In addition to the database fields in structure JVTLFNG, the work structure also contains the following fields:

  • INTLFNGNR (Internal delivery number)
  • MENGEVORNC (This field is always initial in this context)
  • HERK_RUNDE (Note on origin of delivery round)
  • LFMENGE_NEU (Field to be modified for the delivery quantity)
    Field INTLFNGNR must be used for the assignment of an AI order to a delivery. (Field LFNGNR does not contain an entry in the test run.)

How can the delivery quantity be modified?

  • The quantity field LFMENGE_NEU is the only field that can be modified using this user exit.
  • Field LFMENGE_NEU must not be set to 0.
  • If you make changes elsewhere to table LFNGTAB, this user exit has no effect and no quantity changes are transferred.
