Customer-Specific Enhancement for Checking a Variable Eligibility
Rule for a Compensation Plan

The exit described here EXIT_SAPFHCMP_001 (from function group XCMA) provides you with an alternative way to check an eligibility rule to that offered in the SAP R/3 System. Before you can use this exit, you must maintain the user-defined criteria in Customizing.

This exit has the return paramter _SUBRC that must return the value '1' if the user-defined eligibility rule is not fulfilled. Otherwise, the return parameter _SUBRC receives the value '0'.

If the return code is '1', then the employee cannot participate in the corresponding compensation plan.

You receive the following input parameters:

• _PERNR Personnel number

• _BEGDA Start date of validity period

• _ENDDA End date of validity period

The following return parameter is available:

• _SUBRC Eligibility indicator: returns the value '0' if the

eligibility rule is fulfilled. Otherwise, it returns

the value '1'
