E:Transfer posting with EC VAT key not allowed.

Message Long Text :
A transfer posting of a voucher with an EC VAT key was attempted.
A transfer posting cannot be made when an EC tax ID number is recorded for only one of the accounts involved (i.e. both accounts must have EC tax ID).
