I:Object ID &2 with object type &1 exists twice

Message Long Text :
An attempt was made to add or change an object reference. During this a double object ID was discovered. Double object IDs with the same object type are not valid. If one assumes that the objects are used according to a library list, then the same object ID with the same object type in different libraries unallowable as only one object ID is used.
