Performance data is not available for resource class &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A request was made for a metric value &1 associated with resource class &2. This data was not found in the performance database files. Either Collection Services is not collecting data for this resource (category &3) or a CRTPFRDTA job is not active for the current collection (the action to create database files during collection was not specified).
Recovery . . . : Configure Collection Services to collect the necessary data (CFGPFRCOL command). To create the database files during the collection, specify *YES for the CRTDBF parameter or select Create database files during the collection from the Start Collection Services dialog. To activate the configuration change, use the Start Performance Collection (STRPFRCOL) command specifying CYCCOL(*YES) to start the collector if it is not active or to cycle the collector if it has been active.
