Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You tried to either save or restore file &1 from or to library &2. The file is secured, and you do not have the correct authority to do the requested operation.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Type C and press the Enter key to cancel processing.
-- Type I and press the Enter key to ignore this file and continue the operation with the next file.
-- Contact the security officer or the owner of the file and have them grant you the correct authority to the file. Type R and press the Enter key to try the operation again.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel processing.
I -- Ignore this file; continue with the next file.
