IPL mode not set at Normal. (C R)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The IPL mode on the control panel is not set at Normal. The IPL mode must be set at Normal in order to perform an automatic IPL.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Type C to cancel processing.
-- Use the control panel to set the IPL mode to Normal. For information on using the control panel, see the book Basic system operations topic collection in the Systems management category in the IBM i Information Center, http://www.ibm.com/systems/i/infocenter/. Then type R to try the request again.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel processing.
R -- Try the request again.
