Load failure occurred on device &4. (C R)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Device &4 failed to load the tape properly. Possible causes are:
-- Tape drive door open.
-- Tape reel or cartridge missing.
-- Tape reel or cartridge not properly placed in drive.
-- Tape reel does not have correct reflective markers.
Recovery . . . : Type C to cancel, or after correcting one of the possible causes, type R to try again. If the problem continues, start problem analysis (ANZPRB command).
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel processing.
R -- Attempt recovery by closing current volume.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Error Log ID &22.
