Diskette in device &2 not prepared correctly. (C R INZ)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The attempt to read the volume table of contents (VTOC) for the diskette failed because the diskette is not prepared correctly.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Type C to cancel processing.
-- Replace the diskette with an initialized diskette and type R to try again.
-- Type INZ to initialize the diskette to the correct format.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel the diskette file processing.
R -- Retry the operation.
INZ -- Initialize the inserted diskette.
