Diskette device &3 not ready. (C R)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One of the following occurred:
-- A hardware error occurred.
-- The diskette was not inserted in the diskette drive correctly.
-- The diskette door or latch was not closed.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- If the diskette is inserted in the diskette unit correctly and the diskette door or latch is closed, type C to cancel processing. Report the problem (ANZPRB command).
-- If the diskette is not inserted correctly in the diskette drive, remove the diskette, insert the diskette correctly, and type R to try the operation again.
-- If the diskette door or latch is open, close the diskette door or latch, and type R to try the operation again.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel the diskette processing.
R -- Try the operation again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Error log ID is &22.
