Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An output volume open operation found an existing file (sequence number &40 label &7 on volume &5 device &4) with an ending date (in the HDR1 label) greater than the current system date, at the location where the new file must be created. The output file &2 in &3 will write over the existing data file with an ending date of &8.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Use C to cancel processing.
-- Use I to write over the existing data file and all other files beyond it on the current volume.
-- Load a different volume on the tape drive and use R to try again.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel processing
I -- Ignore error and write over existing data file
R -- Try volume open operation again
