System cannot call out on controller &24. Connection list entry not found. (C R)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The connection list entry specified in controller &24 does not exist in the connection list specified.
Recovery . . . :
Use the Display Controller Description (DSPCTLD) command to display controller &24 to find the connection list and the connection list entry specified.
Use the Work with Connection List Entry (WRKCNNLE) command to ensure that the connection list entry exists in the connection list.
If the connection list entry does not exist in the connection list add it.
Reply to the message.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel the dial attempt. Any applications and subsystems that are waiting for an operation will be informed that the call has been canceled. This option is not valid once the connection has been made.
R -- Retry the dial attempt one more time. This option is not valid once the connection has been made.
