Controller &24 on line &23 not contacted. Probable configuration problem. (C G R)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The probable causes are:
-- A local communications configuration problem.
-- A remote communications configuration problem.
-- A remote system failure.
Recovery . . . : Do one or more of the following:
-- Use the Work With Controller Description (WRKCTLD) and the Work With Line Description (WRKLIND) commands to verify that the exchange identifier is configured correctly on the local system. If &24 is a HOST controller, the exchange identifier is configured in the controller description (LCLEXCHID parameter). Otherwise the exchange identifier is configured in line description &23 (EXCHID parameter).
-- Use the Display Network Attributes (DSPNETA) command to verify that the local control point name (LCLCPNAME parameter) of the network attributes is correct.
-- Contact the remote system operator to verify that the exchange identifier (XID) and control point name are configured on the remote system correctly.
-- Contact the remote operator to determine if there is any problem at the remote system that could cause this failure.

Then reply to the message.

If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel recovery and inform any applications that are waiting for an operation that the recovery has been canceled.
G -- Start the automatic communications recovery again as defined by the communications recovery limit (CMNRCYLMT) configured for line &23.
R -- Try the operation one more time.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log identifier is &22. The XID is &41.
The error code is &40: Control Vector X'22' was found in the XID that was received from the remote system.
