Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : This call and an incoming call tried to use the same port to place a call. A call collision occurred. The incoming call has precedence and is being handled.
Recovery . . . : Reply to the message.
If the problem continues, press F14 to run problem analysis.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel the dial attempt to the X.25 network and all logical calls waiting for the connection. Any applications and subsystems that are waiting for an operation will be informed that the logical call has been canceled.
N -- Cancel the dial operation to the X.25 network using line &23 and attempt to complete the pending logical calls. Depending on values specified for the switched line list (SWTLINLST) and the switched line selection (SWTLINSLCT) parameters configured in each controller description, the system may choose a different line description to complete the call.
R -- Try the operation one more time when line &23 is available.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log identifier is &22.
The error code is &40: V.25bis call collision. The connection could not be completed.
