Network interface &30 failed. Communication link problem. (C G R)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The connection to the network failed. Possible causes are:
-- Cable is missing or is not attached.
-- Interference on the communications link.
-- Network problem.
-- Remote system problem (if your system is directly attached to a remote system).
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Insure the cable is properly attached.
-- Report the problem to your network provider.
-- Check for messages on the remote system (if your system is directly attached to a remote system).
Reply to the message.
-- Type C to cancel recovery. This informs any application waiting for an operation that recovery has been canceled.
-- Type G to start the automatic communications recovery defined by the systems communications recovery limit (CMNRCYLMT) for line &23.
-- Type R to retry the operation.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel recovery and inform any applications that are waiting for an operation that the recovery has been canceled.
G -- Start the automatic communications recovery again as defined by the communications recovery limit (CMNRCYLMT) for network interface &30.
R -- Try the operation one more time.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log identifier is &22.
The error code is &40. The error codes and their meanings follow:
43001800 -- There has been a time out between polls on the local management interface (LMI). The local system has polled the network or remote system on the LMI and has not received a response.
43001801 -- Frames have been received out of sequence on the local management interface (LMI).
