Tape controller &26 error can be recovered.

Recovery . . . : If it is necessary to reset and start the tape controller again, do the following:
1) Vary off the tape unit (VRYCFG command).
2) Vary on the tape unit (VRYCFG command) specifying *YES for the RESET parameter.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : To obtain location information for &26, refer to the rack configuration list.
