Some system options not changed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Some system options were not changed because another user was changing those system options.
Recovery . . . : Try your request again later.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : System values could not be changed because they were locked. If you specified a value for Save information about completed printer output and that value was not changed, another user is probably changing the power on and off schedule or the cleanup options.
If the internal structure that contains cleanup and power on and off information could not be changed to include information about the job accounting journal, then the QACGLVL system value could not be changed.
