NLV &3 not valid for LNG parameter.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : National Language Version (NLV) &3 is not in the correct format. The correct format is 29xx where x is a numeric character 0-9.
Recovery . . . : Change the LNG parameter to the correct format, and then try the request again.
