Negative response received for remote location &5, device description &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A negative response to a BIND or start data traffic (SDT) Systems Network Architecture (SNA) command was received for remote location &5, device description &4. Sense data &7 was received. The session requested by a previous program start request (PSR) command did not start.
Recovery . . . : Try the request again. If the problem continues, use the sense data to help determine the cause of the problem.
If the expected BIND values are not supported by finance communications, change the controller application program and try the request again.
If the BIND values being sent are not valid, report the problem (ANZPRB command). For more information on supported BIND values, see the Finance Communications Programming book, SC41-5449.
