Query cannot run because access path held.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The access path for member &3 of file &1 in library &2 would have been used in the implementation of this query. However, since the access path is held, the query cannot be run.
Recovery . . . : Use the Edit Rebuild of Access Path (EDTRBDAP) command to change the sequence of the access path from *HLD to 1-99 or *OPN and try the request again.
