Join fields &3 and &4 not compatible.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The join fields in join item number &2 for join specification &1 are not compatible. The type of incompatibility is indicated by reason code &5. The reason codes and their meanings follow:
1 -- The joining of numeric to DBCS-only or non-Unicode graphic, date to not date, time to not time, or timestamp to not timestamp, or binary string to not binary string.
2 -- The CCSIDs (Coded Character Set Identifiers) of the join fields cannot be made compatible.
3 -- The CCSIDs of the join fields require double-byte conversion on one or both fields, however double-byte conversion is not supported for fields.
4 -- The join fields do not have the same user-defined type.
5 -- One or both of the join fields is a datalink.
6 -- The join fields are both null type variable fields.
7 -- Labeled durations are not allowed as a join field.
8 -- One or both of the join fields is XML.
