Environment prevented creation of one or more SQL service dump spooled files. Reason code &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A service dump spooled file for SQL cannot be produced because of a system or job environmental condition. Reason codes and their meanings follow:
1 -- The QSRVDMP system value is either *NONE or *DMPSYSJOB.
2 -- The job is multithreaded.
3 -- The current user profile is not authorized to one or more CL commands needed to create the spooled file.
Recovery . . . : For reason code 1, change the QSRVDMP system value to either *DMPUSRJOB or *DMPALLJOB. For reason code 2, recreate the failure in a single threaded job. For reason code 3, ensure the current user has at least *USE authority to these CL commands: DMPUSRTRC, DLTUSRTRC, OVRPRTF, DLTOVR, and CPYF.
