Cause . . . . . : Reference image catalog &1 is required to not be in ready status to create image catalog &2.
Recovery . . . : Use the Load/Unload Image Catalog (LODIMGCLG) command with option *UNLOAD to make the catalog &1 not ready, and then try the request again.
