Not authorized to field &6 of file &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You do not have the correct authority to process this request on field &6 of member &1 file &2 in library &3. To process this request, you need the following authority to either the file's field or to its based-on physical file field if this is a logical file:
-- *Reference authority if this field is a parent key for a referential constraint that is being added.
-- *Update authority if this field is being updated using database record I/O. Field &6 is from record format &4, member number &5, in file &2.
Recovery . . . : If this message is sent as a result of an update request, look for messages CPD5030, CPD5031 or CPD5032 following the open request for member &1 file &2 in library &3. If either of these messages were sent by the open request, follow the recovery steps listed in those messages. Otherwise, contact your security officer or the object owner to obtain the correct field level or object level authority, and try your request again.
