Cause . . . . . : The CCSID keyword is specified at the file or record level. The *REFC special value and field-display-length parameter are not allowed at this level
Recovery . . . : Either specify the CCSID keyword at the field level or remove the use of the indicated CCSID keyword parameters at this level.
