Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Controller &1 was allocated to another job while attempting to resume recovery for the specified line. Recovery has not been resumed for the controller.
Recovery . . . : Use the Resume Controller Recovery (RSMCTLRCY) command when the controller is available.
