The MAXSSN parameter is required when RMTLOCNAME is specified.

Cause . . . . . : The maximum session (MAXSSN) parameter is required when the remote location name (RMTLOCNAME) parameter is specified.
Recovery . . . : Enter a valid value for the MAXSSN parameter. Then, try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The MAXSSN parameter is required in the operating system environment because the parameter defaults to a value of 0. 0 is not a valid value in this environment.
