Cause . . . . . : A value other than NONE or UPPER is specified for the SHIFT attribute on the CLASS tag. This condition is not allowed.
Recovery . . . : Specify a value of NONE or UPPER for the SHIFT attribute on the CLASS tag, or remove the SHIFT attribute entirely to use the default value determined by the BASETYPE attribute. Then try the request again.
