CALL function found on &1 tag without program reference.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The CALL function requires a dialog variable containing either a system pointer to the program; the name and library of the program; or the name, library, external entry point, and environment name of the program to be called for a parameter. A CALL function is found on the &1 tag without a program reference.
Recovery . . . : Specify the CALL function on the &1 tag with a program reference. Then try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Dialog variable parameter specified for CALL function has one of three base types according to contents options listed in the Cause message: BASETYPE PTR, BASETYPE CHAR 20, or BASETYPE CHAR 132.
