Hex literal &1 wrong length for base type of comparison variable.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The hex literal &1 is not the right length for the base type of the variable that it is being compared to. The hex literal must have an even number of digits and must have twice as many digits as the variable that it is being compared to.
Recovery . . . : Change the length of the hex literal &1 so it will be the right length when converted to the base type of the comparison variable. Then try the request again.
