CONFIRM attribute specified on LISTACT tag when UIM not specified for ACTOR attribute on LIST tag.

Cause . . . . . : The CONFIRM attribute is only allowed on the LISTACT tag when the UIM value is specified for the ACTOR attribute on the LIST tag. Because the UIM value is not specified for the ACTOR attribute, the CONFIRM attribute is not allowed.
Recovery . . . : Specify UIM for the ACTOR attribute on a LIST tag before the CONFIRM attribute on the LISTACT tag, or remove the CONFIRM attribute entirely. Then try the request again.
