Reference ID not valid for &1 attribute on &2 tag.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The reference ID must be 7 characters or less and must begin with a character A-Z. The reference ID for the &1 attribute on the &2 tag does not meet these requirements.
Recovery . . . : Change the reference ID so the length is 7 characters or less and so the first character is in the range A-Z. Then try the request again.
