Cause . . . . . : A variable with a UCS-2 CCSID can only be compared to another variable with the same UCS-2 CCSID.
Recovery . . . : Define two variables with the same UCS-2 CCSID value on the base type attribute. Use these variables on the COND tag and try the request again.
