UPPER value not allowed for CASE attribute on CLASS tag when IGC specified for BASETYPE attribute.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The UPPER value is specified for the CASE attribute on the CLASS tag when the IGC value is specified for the BASETYPE attribute. This condition is not allowed.
Recovery . . . : Change the value of the CASE attribute on the CLASS tag, or specify a value other than IGC for the BASETYPE attribute. Then try the request again.
