Cause . . . . . : The DSPVALUE attribute is specified on the &1 tag when the PROMPT attribute is not specified. This condition is not allowed.
Recovery . . . : Remove the DSPVALUE attribute on the &1 tag, or specify the PROMPT attribute. Then try the request again.
