PROMPT attribute not allowed on LISTCOL tag when OUT value specified for USAGE attribute.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The PROMPT attribute is specified on the LISTCOL tag when the OUT value is specified for the USAGE attribute. This condition is not allowed.
Recovery . . . : Remove the PROMPT attribute on the LISTCOL tag, or change the value of the USAGE attribute. Then try the request again.
