Cause . . . . . : A file name must be specified for the message symbol when the SUBMSGF parameter is not specified on the PNLGRP tag. No file name is currently specified.
Recovery . . . : Specify a file name for the message symbol, or specify the SUBMSGF parameter on the PNLGRP tag. Then try the request again.
