Not enough space in the &1 area of the MBAR for all PDFLDC using TTROW number &4.

Cause . . . . . : The depth of the &1 area is not big enough for all the pull-down choices. This error is diagnosed when using TTROW number &4.
Recovery . . . : Decrease the number of PDFLDC defined for the PDFLD or change the truth table. Then try the request again.
