Optimization level not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to change the optimization level of object &1 in library &2 type *&3 to less than *FULL (30). However, object &1 in library &2 is already enabled to collect profiling data. The optimization level for a program or service program enabled to collect profiling data must be *FULL (30) or above.
Recovery . . . : Specify *NOCOL on the PRFDTA parameter of the CHGPGM or CHGSRVPGM command. Then try the request again.
