Block order profiling data cannot be re-applied for module &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Module &1, originally from library &2 and contained in object &3 in library &4 type *&5, could not have block order profiling data re-applied because one of the following occurred:
-- A CHGPGM or CHGSRVPGM command to re-create object &3 in library &4 detected block order profiling data was applied to module &1. However, either the observable information required to re-apply block order profiling data has been removed from module &1, or object &3 in library &4 was re-created as enabled to collect profiling data. The request proceeds.
-- An UPDPGM or UPDSRVPGM command to replace module &1 in object &3 in library &4 detected block order profiling data was applied to module &1. Block order profiling data applied to a bound module cannot be re-applied to the replacing module. The request proceeds.
Recovery . . . : No recovery required. However the run-time performance of the changed or updated program or service program may decrease.
