Cause . . . . . : Binding directory entry &2/&1 type &3 was specified more than once on the Add Binding Directory Entry (ADDBNDDIRE) command or the entry already existed in binding directory &4 in library &5.
Recovery . . . : Change or delete the duplicate binding directory entry so that each binding directory entry and type is unique.
