Target release of program &1 in library &2 changed to Version 3 Release 6 Modification 0.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A CHGPGM request to change the ENBPFRCOL value of program &1 in library &2 in an incompatible target release has been encountered. The target release incompatibility may be the target release of the program itself or the target release of the bound modules of the program. All incompatible target releases of the program are changed to Version 3 Release 6 Modification 0 and the request proceeds.
Recovery . . . : No recovery required. The target release of the program or modules contained in the program have been changed. The program can no longer be saved for a release earlier than Version 3 Release 6 Modification 0. If it is necessary to save the program for an earlier release, it must be recreated for that release.
