PTFs not downloaded by Service Agent Auto PTF function - action required.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Service Agent Auto PTF function was notified by the service provider not to download the needed PTFs.
Recovery . . . : The fix request for the PTFs are in the problem log. Use the Work with Problems (WRKPRB) command to send the fix request to the service provider.
