Conversion error on output file.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Open processing discovered a coded character set identifier (CCSID) incompatibility between some field in the query output and the corresponding field in the previously created output file. A member may have been created or cleared, but no attempt was made to add records because the field values could not be converted.
Recovery . . . : Run the query again, but in such a way that the file receiving the output is created or replaced for your request.
Use the Display Job Log (DSPJOBLOG) command to view the messages that were logged immediately before this message if you need more information about the fields and CCSIDs involved. See DB2 UDB for i5/OS Database Programming in the i5/OS Information Center for more details on CCSIDs.
