Cause . . . . . : This library is not usable. You cannot use queries, files, or tables that are in this library, nor can you put new queries or files into it.
Recovery . . . : If you have the authority, you can delete this library and try to restore a saved version of it. Or you can use a different library for your query or file. (If you don't have the authority to delete the library, you should notify its owner.)
