SUBSTR offset too large for value.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Offset must be less than or equal to the length of the value. For a bracketed double-byte character set (DBCS) value, offset is given in number of bytes rather than number of double-byte characters.
If the Len column is not shown in the list of fields, press F11 to see the field lengths. Move the cursor to the bottom part of the display to roll the fields up or down.
Recovery . . . : Type a correct offset.
